I want to thank everyone that has been so supportive of my effort to honor my dear parents. I sincerely appreciate all of you and thank you for reading my book which keeps my parents memory alive. They are with me in everything I do and every step I take.

I purposely read the article below before I looked up the author so I could consider, with a clear mind which neo Nazi or militant Muslim organization might be responsible for it. After reading it, I looked up James Petras, and found that he is an American professor who's academic resume includes Boston University, UC Berkeley, Binghamton University, and much BDS activity. Anyone can publish blogs of hatred and this guy joins Stormfront, Veterans Today, and countless others in their agenda to destroy Jews anywhere and everywhere. Petras seems to have his very own femme fatale Dr. Mengele in the form of Robin Eastman Abaya, a New York board certified pathologist as a writing partner. Their article  posted  below is one example of why we Jews must unite and stick together in the face of another holocaust.

Our enemies do not differentiate between Jews that are American, Israeli, Democrats, Republicans, Tea Partiers, white Jews, black Jews, rich Jews, poor Jews. They list all of us, and as this article progresses, Petras' vitriol increases and the clues as to who he is became obvious. Or so I thought. Normally when I see this stuff, I pass on reading the complete articles. Nothing new there, I tell myself. But this time, something riveted me into finishing the entire article. Realizing these people are operating right here among us, as they keep tabs on all of us, listing us, and publishing things that'd be illegal to publish in Germany.

Petras blames everything on American Jews loyal to Israel. From 9/11, Iraq, Afghanistan, to current gas prices, and the economic recession he targets all of us, while pretending consideration for a handful of American Jews who don't go along with the AIPAC agenda. He says, "Almost all oil experts and political analysts agree." As for Petras' devotion to the Palestinians, disdain for Israel's 'Christian sidekicks," and blaming of the Jews for America's internal rot?

I say: "Sticks and stones, Mr. Petras. What you have to say can only make us stronger, and helps to unite us as Jews, Israelis, and Americans.



When a country, like the United States, is in decline, it is not because of external competition: Declining competitiveness is only a symptom. It is because of internal rot. Decline results when a nation is betrayed by craven leaders, who crawl and humiliate themselves before a minority of thuggish mediocrities pledged to a foreign state without scruples or moral integrity.

I have been noticing the rantings on twitter of Jew haters and Israel bashers who site the USS Liberty tragedy of 1967 as a deliberate attack by Israel against the United States. Oddly, they link this conspiracy story to Jonathan Pollard in an absurd attempt to rally anti Israel lunatics against freeing Jonathan Pollard, who was incarcerated 20 years later for unlawfully providing America's best ally, Israel, with information vital to its self defense. 27 years later, Jonathan still languishes in prison. To my dismay, President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, refuses to free Jonathan, despite pleas from countless legions of current and former top American and Israeli officials. Regular people in the world including Jews, Hindus, Christians, and Muslims cry out to free this Jewish man who broke the law to protect Israel and has been punished more severely than anyone else for similar or worse crimes.

Meanwhile back at the ranch this blood libel scapegoating continues and is played out daily on twitter by disgusting groups and individuals. Some of those that tweet various hatred and blood libel for Jonathan Pollard include the following:  Stormfront (yes, the neo nazi skinheads), Martin Perez, Joshua Trevino, Jeff Emanuel, Bethany Murphy Mandel, Electronic Intifada, Adam Hanin, Sam Schulman, Paul W Drake and various other sock puppets. I will be continually updating this list of suspects who work to make matters worse.

Have the United States and Britain Willfully Betrayed Israel?

A remarkable book published a few years ago by a former U.S. Department of Justice attorney has been attracting growing attention in some circles. Author John Loftus uses thousands of previously top secret documents and interviews with hundreds of current and former spies, to argue that many Western countries, particularly the United States and Great Britain have willfully spied on Israel over many decades in order to promote favorable relations with the oil-rich Arabs.
Loftus contends that while on the surface the United States and Britain profess to be allies of Israel, they have used their intelligence services to betray Israel's secrets to the Arabs since the earliest years of Israel's statehood.
Western espionage has waged what is tantamount to a secret war against the Jews and Israel, says the Irish-American attorney author.
According to Loftus, "State Department disease"greed and self-interest have since the beginning of Mideast conflict between Jews and Arabs, infected powerful bureaucrats, perverting their sense of right and wrong. The ever present temptation to enrich oneself and one's family through Arab oil-related favors and industry, has turned the political sympathies of countless officials in the state department and CIA away from Israel.
Although the official policy of the U.S; government has always been pro-Israel, senior chiefs of these departments have long promoted a very different policy that has led to covert acts of treachery and betrayal of Israel.
One of the most disturbing examples in Loftus' litany of U.S. betrayals in an incident that took place during the 1967 war, involving an American vessel known as the L15S Liberty.

Dear Greta--

I read the book about your mother and family's lives during the Shoah on the plane to Mexico. I couldn't put it down, though it was, of course, very hard to read in parts. As I told you, I love to read these first person narratives--it's an important way in which for next generations to bear witness.
Of course, now I understand the significance of your name, and it has new meaning for me. I think the most chilling statement in the book was your mother's very casual line...."Do you have a Krups coffee maker in your house?"; It's the same company--they changed the spelling after the war."; I had no idea that this company was involved in slave labor and munitions during the war and, of course, was party to horrific brutality. It made me sick to think I'd given money to that company, even that long ago.

Your mother's spirit is hard to explain--she just refused to give up, no matter how horrific the situation. She and your aunt and uncle "lucked out" by being sent out of the camp--to another Hell, of course, but one without crematoria, thank G-d. It was amazing to see her embrace life so strongly after liberation, just as she had before the Nazis came to destroy the Jewish world.

Anyway, I will bring the book back to the synagogue at our next Shabbat service to return it to you.Thanks for letting me read it--
